Njaka-Manganyi Investment 's approach to increase its wealth, will be through a balanced and diversified investment portfolio. This will ensure the spread of the risk to reduce the impact market forces could have on the capital employed by Njaka-Manganyi.
Our portfolio will include the following:

• Equity – Njaka-Manganyi will expose some of its capital to the equity market which has shown consistent grown in the long term.
  
• Income Assets – Njaka-Manganyi will also protect some of its capital by investing in the bond and money market.
  
• Commercial Property – Njaka-Manganyi will take an active role in investing in infrastructure development in previously under-serviced areas.
  
• Institutional Investment – Njaka-Manganyi will also have holdings in companies which fit its strategic vision of creating wealth for its members.
  
• Individual Investments – Njaka-Manganyi will provide tailor-made investment portfolio as per need analysis of the individual investor. This will cover savings groups, families and small businesses.

Currently Njaka-Manganyi Investments is holding half a million of assets mainly invested in the equity market, the capital was contributed only by its members.
